During checkout I get a "declined due to an address or ZIP code mismatch" error

The billing address you've provided is for some reason not being accepted by our credit card AVS verification check. Please try the following steps if you are having this issue:


  1. Double-check to make sure your ZIP code is the same one that is connected with your credit card. This might not be your current address, but a previous address.
  2. If you have completed step 1 and your ZIP code is accurate and you still can't pass the AVS verification, go into your My Account page and add your complete address to your billing information. This will provide more information during the AVS verification process that may help resolve this issue.
