If you are getting an error that crashes the game when you start sweet pool, and the error window shows Japanese text or garbled text, you may have corrupt data.

To fix this error, please follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the game
  2. Backup and remove the "sweet pool" folder in your AppData folder.
  3. Reinstall the game

Windows applications often store their data and settings in an AppData folder. Each Windows user account has its own. It’s a hidden folder, so to see it you'll have to turn on the "show hidden files" option in the file manager. If you are having trouble finding this folder, please follow this guide.
